Why does the diffsuion applet https://netfiles.uiuc.edu/valocchi/gw_applets/spherical/sphericalGUI.html not contain any units for distance, time and diffusion coefficient?

Answer: The user can choose whatever units he/she likes, as long as they are consistent. Example: If the diffusion coefficient is entered in cm²/sec, then the time has to be entered in units of sec in order to receive a distance in cm.
